Staff Offboarding

As you prepare to move on from Prairie Spirit School Division, we want to take a moment to thank you for your time and dedication to our organization. We appreciate all of the hard work and effort you have put in during your time here, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Before you leave, we want to remind you to backup your files from Google Drive so that you can take your templates and worksheets with you. To do this, simply follow these steps:

• Open Google Drive and create a folder to house the files you want to backup.

• Once you have all your files organized, right-click on the folder and click on the "Download" button to save your files to your device in a .zip format.

• You can then upload the .zip folder to your personal Google Account (@gmail.com) or save them to a USB key / external drive.

Please note that no files with any sensitive information such as student data or school-related information should be copied and removed. We take data privacy and security very seriously, and we ask that you respect this policy.
